Steve's "HOT" Smoked Cheese & Salmon is excellent with a glass of your favorite wine or beer.
Great for backpacking, picnics and gift baskets.
 
For optimal Flavor, always serve cheese at room temperature. You can simply warm the cheese up to room temperature by microwaving for no more than 10 seconds at a time.
 
 
 
Steve's Smoked Salmon & Cheese Dip
Steve's Smoked Cheese Fondue
Steve's Open Face Sandwiches
1 bar Steve's Smoked Cheese (grated)
1 package Salmon
1 package Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 bag pretzels or pita chops
 
Combine cream cheese & smoked cheese.
Microwave for 30 seconds. Stir in red onion &
garlic powder. Break up salmon in package.
Add and stir all together.
(Discard skin)
 
 
 
 
 
 
1 lb. Steve's Smoked Cheese
1 cup white wine (your choice)
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 clove garlic (peeled)
Dash nutmeg (grated)
Dash pepper (grinder)
 
Chop or grate cheese into fondue pot.
 
Heat until boiling (cheese should have melted).
Simmer.
Wisk together cornstarch with 3 tbsp. wine
and add to fondue pot.
Add garlic and season with pepper and nutmeg.
Place fondue pot onto the base at the table.
 
 
 Using Steve's Smoke Salmon and Cheese Dip from above:
Spread dip on sliced baguette bread
Add a thin slice of tomato
Grate Steve's Smoked Cheese on top
 
Put in over or toaster over and broil until cheese melts.
